A Collaborative Educational Project as Artwork
On June 14, dozens of local art teachers, artists, and Art on Sedgwick faculty gathered for a co-creation workshop led by Jorge Lucero. Participants collaborated on developing a curriculum that will engage students in local schools and around the community in art making centered on William Walker’s 1972 mural, All of Mankind. The project will culminate in a gallery showcase and published curriculum book, documenting this united effort.
