kwabena foli is a multidisciplinary artist born in Belgium but raised in South Side Chicago. He is the author of the visual poetry collection learning rhythm<\/em>. Other current and forthcoming publications include The Los Angeles Review<\/em>, Mikrokosmos Journal<\/em>, Meridian<\/em>, Crab Orchard Review<\/em>, Salt Hill Journal<\/em> and elsewhere. His work is also anthologized in Revise the Psalm: Work Celebrating the Writing of Gwendolyn Brooks<\/em> from Curbside Press. His visual showings include Fredericks & Mae\u2019s, Chicago Artist Coalition, University of Illinois and elsewhere. He resides in Chicago.<\/p>\n
